BATTLE ROPES
Battle ropes are a great way to condition the body for a stronger core, muscle endurance, strength and stronger cardiovascular system. It can be a perfect tool to add to any program and get increased performance for the athlete. Here are 12 quick battle rope exercises that can be used in conduction with a conditioning workout, or agility workout.
Sample: Combine the 12 battle rope exercises with 12 24’s. 24’s are sprints performed baseline to baseline twice in 24 seconds. Start with a 24, followed by a 30 second break, finish with a battle rope set and 30 second break. Repeat for all 12 sets. Finish under 24 minutes.
